Services Provided

AuthentiQ Biz Solutions provides drug and alcohol testing, DNA testing, background screening, and employer compliance services for individuals and organizations. Services may be subject to availability, applicable state and federal regulations, and eligibility requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in accordance with our compliance policies and ethical standards.

Appointments & Payments

  • Appointments may be made in advance via phone, online, or walk-in (based on availability).

  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged via employer account.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and select digital payment services.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but your booked appointment will honor the price quoted at the time of booking.

Test Results & Confidentiality

  • All test results are confidential and are disclosed only to authorized parties as required by law or with written consent.

  • Authentiq Biz Solutions is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use or misinterpretation of test results by third parties.

  • We follow chain-of-custody procedures, DOT guidelines (where applicable), and HIPAA-compliant standards.

Legal & Medical Disclaimer

  • Our testing services are not a substitute for medical advice or diagnosis from a healthcare professional.

  • While we ensure testing accuracy through certified labs and partners, we do not guarantee outcomes for legal or employment decisions made using the results.

  • DNA testing for legal purposes must follow chain-of-custody procedures and include valid identification.

Employer Accounts & Company Testing

  • Employers engaging AuthentiQ Biz Solutions for testing their employees agree to:

  • Maintain a designated point of contact

  • Pay balances on account within 15 days unless otherwise agreed

  • Provide clear written testing policies, especially in DOT-covered situations

  • Random, pre-employment, or post-accident tests require proper documentation and authorization.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

  • Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

  • Refunds are not provided once testing has been completed or samples collected.

Website Usage

  • You agree not to:

  • Misuse the site by introducing viruses or harmful content

  • Use false information or impersonate another individual

  • Collect data from other users or the company without consent

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue website functionality without notice.

Intellectual Property

  • All logos, content, images, branding, and materials on this site are the intellectual property of AuthentiQ Biz Solutions and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

Governing Law
